“It’s not a good idea to say that you need the fitness in order to be healthy,” she explains.

“They may have bigger boobs, fuller lips, or maybe have a fuller tummy,” she warns.
“The bottom line is that it’s best to make sure you get a bikini to go with what you want to look like.
For example, if you’re a supermodel or athlete, you’ll probably want a swim suit or swim bikini to show off your muscles and shape.
You can also try and go for something lighter, like a swim top, which is a smaller, lighter garment that you can wear underneath a swim tank.”
Bodies like Jess Boultons are happy to talk about how to get their bodies ready for the summer.
They have plenty of tips on how to stay fit and look good, but the British swim coach says that you should also be planning for a trip to the beach.
“You should plan on getting to the beaches for a swim, whether that’s on the weekend or even in the summer,” she advises.
“There are lots of different ways to go about that, so you don’t have to be overly strict about that.”
